What is Vibebux?
Vibebux is a method of giving someone good vibes, appreciative words, and/or positive energy to virtually anyone through an email address. All you need is a recipients’ email address and you can send them messages, pictures and videos, attached with Vibebux in any denomination. Your deserving recipient can redeem these vibes for a meaningful gift (through gift cards), saved for something bigger, or paid forward to someone else. Good things should come to good people, and we want to make that happen!
What are Vibes and how do they work?
Vibebux = Good Vibes, sent from one person to another. We want to make the saying "I'm sending you good vibes", more concrete and tangible, giving it real value. When someone says “I’m sending you good vibes”, that statement lacks in true, tangible value, leaving your recipient with nothing more than a good thought. There’s a time and place for that. We wanted to find a way to amplify this positivity and good thoughts, by creating a method to give them something of more value. Vibebux can be traded in by the recipient, for real gifts that they can get through our gift card system, but most importantly, the recipient gets to choose what gift they receive from which store! Your recipient will truly value this because they are the ones who select which store they purchase from.
Why should I use Vibebux?
We believe in a world that maximizes positivity, appreciation, gratefulness, empathy and love. We believe that there are people who want to show their appreciation for others, and would like to use a platform to express it, similar to how many of us used to use a greeting card, Vibebux are better on many levels. Greeting cards most often end up in the garbage or at the bottom of a drawer, never to be seen again. Vibebux stores your digital messages, it's photo or video greeting forever, which makes it something you can still come back to over and over again. Vibebux is also eco-friendly, it can send video messages too! But, most of all, the $5-$10 (often more if you count the gas money to get to the store and your TIME!) you might throw into a card is never seen again! What reasons would I have to give Vibes to someone?
True happiness comes from giving to others, being grateful for them and seeing positive attributes of the people around us. In the same way that greeting cards have been used for virtually any occasion, so too can Vibebux. Send a message on Vibebux to thank someone for what they have done, to let someone know that you're thinking of them, to wish someone good luck with a job interview, to send your best to a friend on a special occasion, such as a birthday... Administrative Assistants Day could be just around the corner! There's an infinite number of reasons to send someone some good vibes!
Free messages work fine, so why am I sending these vibes?
Free messages are amazing and we encourage everyone to send more of them! As people who work for Vibebux, we always appreciate any messages for people that spread love, kindness, compassion, sympathy, empathy and positivity. That said, free messaging platforms already exist today, whether it is email, texting or others. For those that want to send a different type of message with actual value for their recipient, Vibebux is an amazing way to serve this purpose. You can also send as little as 1000 Vibes (equivalent to about $1). It doesn't matter how MANY vibes you send... it's that you are sending something more meaningful and showing your recipient that this isn't just another email or text message.
Am I paying for vibes?
Not necessarily. If you were given vibes by someone else, you can pay it forward to someone else! If you would like to give more vibes than you have, then you can either ask someone to send you vibes, or purchase a bundle of vibes for use to give to others. Some people think that it feels like they are buying appreciation messages, but we have actually been buying appreciation vibes for many, many decades already! This is no different than purchasing greeting cards in the pre-digital era, to show someone that we cared! Vibebux is a more modern, economical and environmentally-friendly approach, with way more benefits:
It allows the recipient to take the $5-$10 previously spent on a greeting card (not to mention other costs such as postage, gas/electricity to go to the store, and your invaluable time), and the recipient can use the value of that card towards an item that they will actually enjoy. With a greeting card, all costs are thrown away with the card. Did we mention that this is much more environmentally-friendly too?
It allows senders to show appreciation to someone in smaller doses, and in higher frequency. Send any amount of vibes as often as you want!
We believe that small gestures deserve acknowledgement too! But sending a small gift for a small gesture can feel a bit awkward. We believe that Vibebux can help to bridge that gap and get people showing more appreciation, even if it is a nominal number of vibes.

What is the minimum amount of vibes I can send?
A minimum of 1000 Vibes (about $1 worth) is required. This system is not necessarily about how many vibes you send. It's about showing appreciation in however many vibes you feel is necessary to get that message across!
What is the maximum amount of vibes I can send?
There is no maximum amount. Send as many vibes as you feel is necessary to show your recipient your appreciation for them!
Do I need an account to send Vibebux?
You do need an account to send vibes. Our signup process just asks for your name, email and password, allowing you to start sending vibes right away. We may ask you for more details in the future to make it easier to navigate the Vibebux platform, but you will always have the choice whether you want to store that extra information.
Does my recipient need an account for me to send Vibebux?
No. All you need is an email address and your message will be sent to them directly, along with your Vibebux. They will need to sign up for an account to redeem their vibes though.
How can Vibebux help my small or medium business or team?
